What experiences and learning can I bring to the mentoring relationship?
10+ years of experience in the financial, insurance, healthcare, telecommunication services and media industry in various multicultural and international setups across Europe and the United States. During this time I assisted companies with programmes of technology renewal and have been engaged in the implementation and coordination of large nearshore delivery teams distributed across multiple locations.
What I can bring to the mentor-mentee relationship is a different viewpoint, experience and approach, as well as the drive to think and act strategically. I will share with my mentee learning experiences that facilitate a successful delivery and set the ground for continuous improvement and growth
