20+ yrs. of delivering high quality software projects and products for customers around the globe (mostly U.S.) within both FP and T&M contexts. 15+ yrs. dedicated entirely to project/ programme/ portfolio/ product/ line management.

 

Large variety of success stories and lessons learned on scaling-up high performant teams from a few people to tens. Also on the quest of finding the ‘right’ balance between ‘process’ and ‘self-organizing’. Last but not least, on the permanent seeking for further optimizations and waste elimination in all areas
